Prelantic started in 2009 as a rigging contractor. Clients kept asking us where to move to, so we built the agency side too. Today one team advises on the building, the machinery and the schedule that connects them.
We work with manufacturers, 3PLs, food producers and energy suppliers who cannot afford guesswork. Before a site reaches our portfolio we verify slab loading, sprinkler class, grid capacity and permit status — the four things that most often kill a deal late.
Every listing is photographed, filmed and scanned so decision makers in another country can walk the building before they travel. When the deal closes, the same team that surveyed the building rigs your line into it.
